Kemi Adeosun, who is the minister of finance, had presented on Thursday 5 October to Babatunde Fashola, Minister of Power, Works and Housing, the 100 million dollars that were given to the Nation. The minister had said that the product would be used to support the federal government's capital expenditure for 2017. She said: "Revenues will be used to further support government capital spending by 2017 - construction and rehabilitation of 25 economic roads key through the six geo-political zones of the country, "said the finance minister. "Roads will facilitate travel, boost economic activity across the country and further narrow our infrastructure gap. Each of the six geopolitical zones is expected to receive 16.67 billion euros for road projects in their respective areas.
