Popular petroleum station has been sealed over stolen fuel.

A popular gas station located along Lagos-Badagry Expressway was sealed yesterday by operations of the Inspector General of the Special Task Force of the Police on oil and illegal oil supply to trade with oil products of vandalized oil pipelines in the state of Lagos.
in the early hours of Wednesday, received information that a 45,000-liter tanker had extracted Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, from a vandalized pipeline belonging to the Nigerian National Oil Corporation, NNPC, in the state's Alimosho area. Police sources revealed that the working group, led by SP Ugowe Igbinazaka, followed the tanker after it left the loading point to a service station, where they found it by dumping their contents into the storage tanks of the station.

 The source added that the agents rushed over the truck and apprehended their driver, the Service Station Manager, their Manager and the Supervisor (all names hidden). It was gathered that all the suspects have made confessional statements that confirmed that the suspects have been handling stolen oil products for a long time.
